Lovely Planet voulait être le Super Meat Boy du FPS et y parvient à moité. Le gameplay, frénétique, qui demande un skill de malade et une mémoire parfait, où l'on crève mille fois de suite, est excellent. L'absence totale de feeling, l'impression de parcourir à l'infini le même niveau en abattant des cibles quelconques en tirant des balles en mousse, en revanche, dégoûteront tous les joueurs sauf les plus obsédés du leaderboard.
